They don't hate each other which is rare in young adult books because families are stupid, AM I RIGHT! Heck no. I also love the bond Chloe has with her younger brother. I love the way they are around each other and now strong they make each other. I love the relationship Chloe and Alex have, even though he is dead and they can't really be together. I actually found it very pleasant reading this book and really brought back all the feels. I am giving this book three stars though because I didn't hate it. This is a duology and NOTHING got resolved. Get new friends girl, they don't care about you.Īlso this book was way to small. They don't care about her AT ALL and only think about themselves. I saw EVERYTHING coming and the end also did annoy me because no one could catch a break.Īlso Chloe has some shit friends. It was the same story but through Becky's eyes and all the same people were back. I thought that Alex had come back to life and would have a really interesting but he was still a ghost, like WHAT!?.Īlex also had amnesia and I thought would be an interesting plot line for a good amount of the story but that was resolved in the weirdest way and it didn't even feel believable.Īlso it was like the same plot but worse? I don't know. I waited 2 years for this 2 YEARS! and it was just rushed and didn't make sense really and yeah. Her passions include old-school country music, theology, singing and performing.
